At Thunder Electrical Contractors Inc., safety is our first priority. All employees understand the importance of safety and it all begins the second they show up to the jobsite. We insist on staying current with OSHA regulations and industry standards. We provide training for our supervisory and trade personnel, implementing safety policies consistently on all of our projects. All supervisory personnel are required to have a minimum of OSHA 30-hour training and all trade personnel have their OSHA 10-hour training. Additionally, we conduct weekly safety meetings. This aggressive safety program has allowed us to benefit from low EMR ratings, a savings we pass on to our clients. Most importantly, it has allowed us to ensure every employee returns home safely at the end of every day and that alone is priceless.
